Ownership Rights
- You receive 100% ownership of the final approved logo design.
- Your logo will not be resold or reused for any other client.
- We will not display your logo in our portfolio without your permission.
- We are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon request to ensure full confidentiality.
Trademarks & Service Marks
GetQualityLogo is not responsible for any trademark or service mark conflicts related to your business name or logo.
- It is the client’s responsibility to verify trademark availability before requesting design services.
- We strongly recommend conducting proper trademark checks prior to finalizing your brand name and logo.
Final Deliverables
Upon project completion and full payment, you will receive your logo in multiple formats, including:
- Vector files: AI, EPS
- Print-ready files: High-resolution TIFF
- Web-ready files: JPEG, PNG, GIF
Additional file formats can be provided upon request.
Payment Terms
- We require an initial 50% upfront payment to begin the project (via PayPal or accepted payment methods).
- The remaining 50% balance is due upon project completion before final delivery of files.
